The casual charm of rough sawn beams brings a relaxed touch to your home's interior or exterior. These straight-cut beams appear to have just come out of an Old World saw mill. We begin the process with an actual sawn wood beam. This beam still carries all of the saw and tooling marks. The next step is to make a high-quality mold out of that rough-sawn beam. The resulting faux wood ceiling beam is a perfect copy of all of the characteristics of the real wood, for an incredibly realistic appearance. You won't be able to tell the difference until you pick it up!

Rough Sawn Beam Straps
A strap can be used as a decorative element or to hide seams. Use a strap when splicing two beams together to make one long beam. There is a specific strap made to slide right over each size beam, see chart below.

Universal Flexible Straps
This strap is made out of rubber and comes rolled up. It is very easy to use. Roll it out to the desired length and simply cut it with scissors. Then, glue it to the beam using an approved adhesive such as Liquid Nails.
4-Sided Decorative Headers have a Rough Sawn wood grain finish on all 4 sides. The headers listed below also have an interior sub-structure to prevent sagging or drooping. This makes it a great product for constructing your own Pergolas, Arbors and Trellises.
Please note: these headers are decorative only, and provide no structural support. The substructure is only inserted to prevent drooping.
