How do we do it? Every Tahoe beam is modeled from a real wood beam which we axe hewed by hand. This preserves each tooling mark that gives the beam its character. We create a high-quality mold around the wood beam and later pour polyurethane into the mold to retain each characteristic of the beam.
The result is an exact replica of a real wood beam for your ceiling!
This strap is made out of rubber and comes rolled up. It is very easy to use. Roll it out to the desired length and simply cut it with scissors. Then glue it to the beam using an approved adhesive such as liquid nails.
